答えはもっと先
今日は、アミ・ウィングスのミーティング。
今日は、事務的な話はそっちのけで、今の世の中を改めて考える時間にしてみる。
今、起きている問題の様々な事柄を自分のことで考えてみること。
自分自身を見つめること。
自分で自分に対して価値観を保つこと。
自分のことが好きであること。
なんか、実はどれもつながっているのかもと思ってみる。
自分のことを自分自身でちゃんと評価できていている人は、他人に対してもちゃんと評価し受け止め、認め合うことができ、そして、そこにポジティブで愛のあふれたお互いの繋がりができる。
でも、みんな、他人の評価ばかり気にし、そこで振り回されているから、いつも、何事も、他人事のように考えてしまう。 「問題だ」と文句は言うが、当事者にはなれない。どこか他人事のように評価しているだけ。
結局、どんなことであっても、自分自身を自分自身でどう思っているか、どう感じているか、どう評価できるかで、その部分で外に向かう行動パターンも変わっていくのかなってそう思う。
帰り道、駅のホームで待っていたら、前の男性がカバンの中をごそごそ。新聞らしきものを取り出す。スポーツ紙かなと思ったら、「豪快な号外」だった。そこらへんのスポーツ紙を見るかのように、広げて読んでいる姿を後ろから見ていて、なんか、うれしくなった。
家に帰り、家族と食事、お風呂。ゆっくりとした時間に、ちょっとの間、キャンドルナイト。
